Ne zaman kullanılır?
- Özne zamiri fiilden önce, işi yapanı gösterir: I like tea. She lives here.
- Nesne zamiri fiilden ya da edattan sonra gelir: Call me. I saw him. This is for them.
- İyelik sıfatı isimden önce gelir: my car, her bag, their house.
- İyelik zamiri tek başına kullanılır, ismin yerini tutar: This car is mine. Is this bag yours?
- Dönüşlü zamir (myself, yourself...) özne ile nesne aynı kişiyse: I hurt myself.
