Bağlaçlar: and, but, or, because, so Conjunctions
Cümleleri birbirine bağlayan temel bağlaçlar: and (ve), but (ama), or (ya da), because (çünkü), so (bu yüzden), when, if, before, after.
Ne zaman kullanılır?
- and ekleme: I bought bread and milk.
- but karşıtlık: It's cheap but good.
- or seçenek: Tea or coffee?
- because sebep (cümle getirir): I stayed home because I was ill. because of isim getirir: because of the rain.
- so sonuç: I was ill, so I stayed home.
- Zaman bağlaçları: when, before, after, while, until: Call me when you arrive.
